About the role
Join RSM Adelaide as an Admin Assistant
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Lodgements
- Lodging tax returns, BAS/IAS statements with the Australian Taxation Office.
Assessments
- Updating and checking Notice of Assessment correspondence from the Australian Taxation Office.
Binding
- Collation of clients Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns
ASIC duties
- including Annual Review processing, change of addresses, changes to officeholders, typing and processing of ASIC related invoices, general correspondence, establishment of company and trusts
Reception work
- relief to Receptionist as required
Phones
- answering telephones and voicemail retrieval
General Admin Assistance
- preparation of client correspondence, typing invoices and client letters, data entry, scanning, printing and filing documents as required.
About you
Excellent time management and organisation;
Initiative and high level of attention to detail;
Ability to multi task and prioritise workload;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Ability to maintain confidentiality; and
Microsoft Office experience, including Word, Outlook and Excel (preferred).
