Summary
The Service Administration Supervisor manages all service administrative tasks for Queensland operations. This role supports the Service and State Managers in driving business growth through team engagement and customer satisfaction. The supervisor also leads the administrative team, ensuring they are well-equipped and able to handle various tasks.
Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Help develop and execute plans to meet budgets
2. Assist with collecting branch receivables and managing financial transactions
3. Process credit card payments and invoices
4. Audit inventory processes and manage assets like phones and computers
5. Ensure timely processing of service jobs and maintain customer invoicing
6. Monitor service department performance and suggest improvements
7. Handle payroll when needed
8. Lead the administrative team and ensure they are trained and motivated
9. Promote safety initiatives and manage end-of-month processing
10. Communicate with Head Office and streamline processes
11. Participate in management meetings
Qualifications:
1. Experience managing employees
2. Strong leadership and communication skills
3. Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
4. Intermediate computer skills
5. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
6. Knowledge of the AS400 system is a plus
7. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not essential
