Location: Horsham VIC
* Day to day Subway operation
* Determining special promotions, stock levels and service standards
* Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
* Depending on market trends, holiday periods and special events.
* Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services
* Maintaining records of stock levels and managing financial transactions
* Discuss business strategy with head office and undertake budgeting for the store
* Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
* Train team (employees) in business standards and policies.
What You'll Do:
* Lead and coach teams across multiple stores
* Drive performance, customer satisfaction & operational excellence
* Manage rosters, budgets, WH&S, and food safety standards
* Report to and support the General Manager
* Full time store based (multi location) activities

ASSESSMENT CRITERIA
* You must be citizen or permanent resident of Australia.
* Must have a driver's licence.
* You must provide a Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment.
* At least 5 years of people management experience is a must.
* You must provide Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
* You must have experience working towards targets and KPIs.
* You must have at least 2 years of Fast Food Restaurant Manager experience.
* You must have 4 years of Fast Food Attendant experience.
