About The Role:
This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll be empowered to shape the Cloud Operations team in your own vision. You will lead multiple teams (Infrastructure, Network, Applications) along with other senior leads, and play a vital role in the technical operation of our cloud services for critical customers.
You'll oversee and uplift service management across our OpenStack cloud environment, modernise platforms, uplift and drive compliance, and champion service excellence in a high-consequence environment.
You will be responsible for:
* Leading technical operations across our cloud infrastructure and services.
* Implementing, uplifting and maturing processes and frameworks..
* Shaping and scaling a high-performing operations team.
* Engaging in continuous improvement of service delivery, vendor management, and platform modernisation.
* Being a key stakeholder in the development and implementation of new products and services, including AI.
To be successful you will be able to demonstrate:
* Proven experience of successfully leading and managing a technical Operations team to deliver high performance and operational excellence. Strong leadership skills are absolutely essential to being successful in this role.
* Leadership in service operations through proven frameworks.

* Experience in supporting a mission-critical environment, preferably in a sensitive context
* The ability to communicate to influence all levels of stakeholders and engage them in executing strategic initiatives.
