COMPLETE Portables is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver small to medium internal and external projects, including upgrades and maintenance across company-owned and operated facilities throughout WA (Metro and Regional). This is not contingent on any project wins rather a full-time role for a 30-year-old WA company with its own projects. The role plays a key part in supporting our modular manufacturing and installation working closely with, manufacturing, and site teams.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for managing and end to end project delivery, enduring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Project will include facility upgrades, maintenance works, and modular manufacturing related initiatives, based out of our Wattleup facility with travel to regional or remote sites as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage small to medium internal and external projects, including upgrades and maintenance works
* Oversee planning, scheduling, cost control and delivery of projects
* Liaise closely with designers, drafts people, engineers, manufacturing and site teams
* Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements
* Identify and manage risks, variations, and non-conformances
* Support continues improvement across project and facility delivery
* Minimum 5 years' experience working in the construction industry in a similar position
* Ability to develop, review and approve all project related management plans and facilitate approval and agreement from the Project Partners
* Able to provide overall direction for and support the implementation of project related management plans
* Ensure sufficient resources are made available for implementation of all project management plans
