The role
As our Senior Technical Officer, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our projects and ensuring the operating systems run smoothly and efficiently. You will have excellent communication and troubleshooting skills and be able to adapt to challenges and meet timeframes while working collaboratively within a team

To be successful in the role, you will be able to demonstrate:
* Experience and ability to deliver high quality ICT services to clients of eHealth Queensland, with emphasis on coordinating multiple tasks and working unsupervised. Identifying and resolving information technology related problems.
* Well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work in individual or team situations and communicate clear explanations regarding information technology related problems.
* Knowledge of Novell operating environment with ability and technical skills in the installation and support of hardware, including peripheral devices, software and applications for Windows 10 and Microsoft Outlook (SFIA Code: HSIN 3).
* Demonstrated ability or the ability to quickly learn ServiceNow and ITIL Service Management processes (primarily incident / change / configuration management) (SFIA Codes: USUP 2; CHMG 3, CFMG 2).
