The Compliance Administrator is responsible for supporting the Clubs Compliance Officer ensuring the Club’s ongoing adherence to all relevant legal, regulatory, and policy requirements, including those related to liquor licensing, gaming operations and other statutory obligations.
Gaming Compliance
* Prepare reports for AML/CTF, ROC, ECDD on a weekly basis.
* Suspicious transaction reporting daily and flagging transactions requiring investigation.
* ECDD – reactive reporting – large transaction payment assessment and documenting.
* GreenID – weekly/monthly top 20 KYC checking and flagging players requiring further investigations.
* Transfer card ECDD UAR preparations.
* Compliance calendar management.
* Compile gaming machine return-to-player percentages on a monthly basis.
* Records of Conversation daily track and flagging player activity for review.
Customer Compliance / Data Review & Accuracy Checks
* Facial recognition administration.
* Membership KYC – checking data integrity.
* Non-member visitors sign in logs reporting.
* Tier movement – EBET and GiD checking.
* Golf cart insurance communications to members.
* Golf cart hire vs Infosign reporting vs GPS cart tracking.
* Process self-exclusion and third-party exclusion registers.
* Draft compliance-related notices and internal communications as required.
* Maintain up-to-date registers for:
* Self-exclusion requests
* CCTV and surveillance logs
Club Compliance
* Prepare Registered club licence audit for both venues on a monthly basis.
* Assist in collating documents for venue-wide compliance reviews or audits on a monthly basis.
* Formulate written internal procedures.
* WHS Minutes – compile and distribute meeting minutes.
* Prepare monthly Compliance Board Report for COO review and reporting.
Ideal background…
* Strong knowledge of AML/CTF legislation and regulatory reporting requirements.
* Demonstrated experience in a compliance, legal, or risk management role – preferably within the hospitality or gaming sector.
* Excellent analytical, investigation, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to train staff and liaise effectively with regulators.
* High level of attention to detail, discretion, and integrity.
* AUSTRAC AML/CTF Compliance Officer Training (or willingness to complete).
* RSA and ARCG certification.
* Experience in a licensed club, casino, or gaming venue compliance environment.
* Flexibility to work varied hours, including occasional nights/weekends for on-site compliance reviews.
* Ability to handle sensitive information and confidential reporting.
