We're seeking a senior, highly experienced Business Analyst to join a fast-paced technical delivery program supporting a critical communications gateway for the Department of Defence.
This is a pivotal role working alongside a team of 10 engineering SMEs, helping drive the transition of service responsibilities to the customer while uplifting key design, configuration and SOP artefacts.

The Opportunity
As the Business Analyst, you will:
Own delivery of key content development and document management activities
Uplift and formalise design, configuration, and standard operating procedure artefacts
Author, update, and manage internal and external project documentation
Initiate and deliver structured requirements documentation
Coordinate project and administrative activities in partnership with the Project Manager
Streamline communication across engineering SMEs and key stakeholders
Drive momentum across a complex Defence stakeholder landscape
What You Bring
We're looking for someone operating at SFIA Level 5 (SINT-5) with the following strengths:
Strong business acumen – solid understanding of the Defence operating environment
Exceptional written communication skills – proven experience producing high-quality technical and operational artefacts
Document and content management expertise
High attention to detail – ability to analyse and improve project collateral
Stakeholder management capability – confident engaging with large and complex stakeholder groups
Project coordination and organisational skills – able to manage multiple competing priorities
