Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a secure Defence infrastructure project.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of civil works, with a primary focus on road construction and drainage.
They will also manage subcontractors, internal teams, suppliers, and consultants to ensure project milestones are met.
Additionally, they will ensure all works meet client specifications, quality benchmarks, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee end-to-end delivery of civil works with a focus on road construction and drainage.
* Manage subcontractors, internal teams, suppliers, and consultants.
* Ensure project milestones are met.
* Maintain strong communication with client-side stakeholders within a Defence environment.
* Lead WHS, environmental, and risk management processes in line with Defence protocols.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil infrastructure, ideally within Defence or government projects.
* Technical expertise in roadworks and drainage systems.
* Strong commercial and contract management skills.
* Ability to manage complex logistics, documentation, and compliance on secure sites.
* Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
* Eligible to work in Australia and able to obtain Defence clearance.
* White Card and current driver's licence required.
