Offer description

Construction Administrator or Trainee to work with our Construction Manager and purchasing team.

The successful applicant will be planning, scheduling and coordinating supply of materials, trades, and site works. This person will be responsible for schedules which need to be accurate and achievable for the business and trades.

A reasonable amount of knowledge and skill is required with Microsoft Excel within this role.

The applicant must have very good communication skills, they must be able to clearly communicate with staff, suppliers and trades.

We would prefer experience within the domestic home building industry, someone who is adaptable to change and can be developed further within our business.

A junior person who would like a career within the housing market that has potential to be trained and be developed are welcome to apply.
