Key Responsibilities:
* Lead by example, developing and training the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every time.
* Manage daily operations of the Venue - opening/closing, back-of-house administration, recruiting team members, rostering, and assisting guests.
* Bring passion for good food and create memorable moments for our guests.
* Promote innovation - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives.
Requirements
We're looking for someone with:
* Hospitality/Retail leadership experience, preferably with a focus on food and beverage.
* The ability to lead, develop, and coach a large, multi-skilled team.
* Operational expertise to achieve financial and business targets.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Current industry RSA and Approved Managers qualifications.
