As an Advice Technology Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role by managing and enhancing key advice technology systems such as Salesforce, DocuSign, and Ezidox.
This unique position blends the expertise of a business SME, requirements facilitator, project manager, and change enabler, allowing you to influence and drive meaningful improvements across the business.
You'll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver system enhancements, and implement impactful change initiatives.
Your responsibilities will also include developing comprehensive training programs, providing ongoing user support, and building dashboards to improve reporting capabilities and data insights.
