Company Description

My client has an amazing technology product / platform that is about to disrupt an entire industry. Recently developing a range of successful B2B applications, my client has grown ten-fold in the last three years and is entering another phase of growth.

We are looking for someone to sell the platform solution into SME and mid sized corporates.


Job Description

The BDM will be responsible for selling business applications to SMEs and Mid-sized corporates and educational institutions. Build and grow a client base as you see fit. This is a Greenfields project with huge potential and a lot of backing. There are untapped resources waiting to be explored. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building, managing and closing a customer pipeline. There are no existing structures or processes (other than Salesforce); the BDM will be expected to help shape new processes and best practices based on their previous experience.

Commission structure is to be established, as are KPIs. This role will suit the self-starter, the sales person with passion and initiative who wants to strike out on their own and make their mark on an entire industry.

Reporting to the Director of Client services, the Sales Manager will work collaboratively to create and achieve sales targets with the full support of the CEO.

* Previous B2B sales experience and success stories
* Impeccable presentation and communication skills
* A charming and persuasive personality
* Honesty, integrity and humility (no ego or arrogance please)
* Hunger, passion, competitive nature
* Innovator with an adaptive mindset (out of the box solutions)
* Ideas, we are looking for someone with ideas
