What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of our on-road team, you’ll help keep workers and the public safe by:
· Using Stop/Slow bat to direct traffic around worksites and events
· Setting up and monitoring traffic guidance schemes and signage
· Conducting pre-starts and vehicle/equipment checks
· Completing hazard assessments and worksite documentation
· Identifying and reporting near misses or safety concerns
· Ensuring the safety of all road users, including pedestrians and cyclists
· Collaborating with crew leaders, clients, and safety auditors
What We’re Looking For
· Essential: QLD TC – Traffic Control License
· Highly Desirable: QLD TMI – Traffic Management Implementation License
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
· Flexible availability for day, night, and weekend shifts
· Basic computer skills
· Strong communication skills with a focus on safety
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
