About the Role
Our client is searching for a Business Intelligence Lead to champion their Microsoft Power Platform environment. You'll drive continuous improvement across reporting, automation and data integration, delivering solutions used across finance, operations and the wider business. You'll also help shape new initiatives, including chatbots in CoPilot Studio and API‐driven data integrations.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver dashboards, apps and automated flows end‐to‐end
* Maintain and refine Power Automate workflows
* Support Power BI reporting and performance improvements
* Explore and implement CoPilot Studio chatbot opportunities
* Assist with data integrations, including API work where relevant
About You
* Experienced across Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps
* Confident engaging business stakeholders to gather needs and translate into solutions
* Clear communicator with strong documentation and support skills
* Familiarity with data lakes, Dataverse or Dynamics 365 an advantage
* Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes
