Ray White Lismore is a market leading Real Estate office based in Lismore that currently has an exciting chance for a friendly and outgoing individual with a genuine interest in Real Estate to join our staff as a full time receptionist. The role would involve you being the face of the business as well as providing administration support to the property management team.
To be considered for this role you would ideally have:
Current Class 2 Licence or Certificate of Registration in real estate – preferred but not essential
Exceptional customer service skills & presentation
Great time management & communication skills
Eye for detail and strong organisational skills
Proficient use of Microsoft Office products – particularly Word and Excel
Reception experience preferable
A great attitude and a willingness to learn
Your role will include, but not be limited to:
General reception duties including answering incoming calls, assisting with general queries and meeting and greeting clients
Entering data and invoices
Providing general administrative support as instructed

The role is full time, Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm.
