The Opportunity Our Customer Projects and Services team are currently seeking a Service Delivery Manager for a permanent position to be based in ourMelbourne VICoffice. As a Service Delivery Manager in Industrial Automation, you will ensure smooth, reliable, and customer-focused delivery of industrial automation services while also supporting commercial growth with solid business development capacity. Reporting to the Services Manager in the Pacific Zone, the Service Delivery Manager's expertise will be essential in providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency in the Pacific region. In addition, this position is essential for maintaining high service delivery performance, including SLA management, planning, risk management, and effective stakeholder communication.Key responsibilitiesTechnical Support:Offer expert guidance and support for automation systems, addressing customer inquiries and resolving technical challenges promptlySystem Troubleshooting:Diagnose and resolve issues related to control systems, PLCs, SCADA, MES, Software and other automation technologiesCustomer Engagement:Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our servicesProject Implementation:Assist in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of automation equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standardsCustomer-Centric Focus:A strong emphasis on understanding customer needs and expectations, taking accountability for service delivery performance and driving future demandContinuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices within the teamAbout you You will have a solid technical foundation in Industrial Automation, including experience with Schneider Electric or equivalent systems, platforms, and architectures such as PLCs, SCADA, telemetry, safety systems, and DCS.
