The Role
Reporting into the Financial Controller and managing a team of 3, this role is responsible for but not limited to:
The management accounting for the Corporate Services, Investment Management divisions, including management and reporting of overheads budgets
Assistance in co-ordination, preparation and review of all external financial reporting and taxation obligations, including AFSL compliance.
Operational oversight of the accounts payable and outsourced payroll functions for the MAB Group
Responsible for reporting of indirect taxes for the MAB Group
Commercial duties that revolve around debt facilities, investment decision making and property valuations
Other adhoc duties
The Successful Applicant
CA qualified, you will have 5 - 7 years of experience and you will have come from a Big 4 / Mid Tier accounting practice (either from business services or audit) and with exposure to property development clientele. Your interpersonal and communication skills are exceptional, consistently displaying a willingness to provide ongoing support to all key stakeholders.
