About the Role
This exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and experienced Lifestyle Coordinator to join our dedicated team at Cooinda Lodge.
The successful applicant will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing tailored lifestyle programs within the Residential Aged Care Facility.
The role requires excellent communication skills, experience in aged and dementia care, and a passion for working with older people.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement individualized lifestyle programs that promote independence, engagement, and quality of life for residents.
* Collaborate with other members of the Aged Care Team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
* Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations to access resources and services.
* Maintain accurate records of resident activities, outcomes, and feedback.
Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or equivalent qualification.
* Sound knowledge and understanding of aged and dementia care, and associated standards.
* Experience working in an Aged Care Residential Facility, preferably in overseeing Leisure and Lifestyle.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
