Procurement Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused individual to be responsible for the delivery and implementation of our purchasing activities with a commitment to providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.
The Key Responsibilities:
* Process online requisitions and purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all details are correct and all appropriate approval processes are followed.
* Support the implementation of continuous improvement activities related to purchasing processes for internal stakeholders.
* Assist in maintaining our Purchasing Framework, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and effectively used.
Requirements:
* Demonstrate experience in interpreting legislation and guidelines applicable to purchasing and procurement processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Exhibit effective verbal and written communication skills, allowing for clear and concise communication with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and other relevant parties.
* Possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience in supply, purchasing, and logistics or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in purchasing principles and practices.

* This is a permanent full-time position working 35 hours per week.
