We are seeking applications from individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children within their community. As a Kinder Inclusion Services (KIS) Additional Assistant, your role will be to support teaching staff in local kindergartens to provide an inclusive environment for all children.

Noah's Ark is a not-for-profit organisation providing Early Childhood Intervention and inclusion support services to children with disabilities and additional needs.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop relationships with children that are supportive and responsive to their individual needs.
* Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to create an inclusive kindergarten environment.
* Maintain confidentiality and privacy of children and families.
* Relate to others with kindness, respect, and positivity.


Requirements

* Experience working with preschool children and/or in a preschool setting is advantageous.
* Demonstrated ability to work with children with complex medical needs.
* Able to develop relationships with children that are supportive and responsive to their individual needs.


Benefits

* Casual position with approximately 27.84 AUD per hour plus 25% casual loading.
