About The Role
Our client, a growing construction company, is seeking an enthusiastic Office Junior/Receptionist to join their team.
This is a full-time role (8am-4pm) providing key administrative support and being the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Answering incoming phone calls and managing enquiries with professionalism.
Booking appointments and coordinating meetings.
Managing emails and general office correspondence.
Supporting the office team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
