The Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Clinical Practice & Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that cater to individual patient needs.
* Quality & Standards Oversight: Collaborate with our Quality team to ensure alignment with industry regulations and maintain the highest level of care.
* Leadership & Relationship Management: Provide clinical mentorship and lead quality initiatives across the allied health network, fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
* Professional Development & Education: Stay current with advances in physiotherapy and integrated care, promoting excellence in patient outcomes.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Physiotherapy
* Minimum 5 years' clinical physiotherapy experience
* Current AHPRA registration
