Reporting to the Store Manager, you will deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence within the warehouse.ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service in-store and in the warehouse.Manage stock movements and maintenance.Load trucks with customer orders, ensuring safety compliance.Unload inbound stock orders.Serve customers, including loading vehicles with forklifts or manually.Ensure proper documentation, labeling, and presentation of products.Handle warehouse operations like order picking, inventory counts, and housekeeping.Contribute to store revenue and margin targets.Hours are Monday to Friday, 6am to 3pm.QualificationsForklift license and experience are essential.Strong work ethic.Ability to connect and interact confidently with customers.Eager to learn about products and services.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Confidence and professional presentation.Experience in fast-paced environments.Ability to collaborate with team members to meet targets.What We OfferWe support your growth with:A supportive, innovative, and inclusive culture.Wellbeing benefits including paid parental leave, 52 weeks superannuation, and employee assistance programs.Career development and upskilling opportunities across our brands.How To ApplyClick on the Apply for this job button.
