We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide clinical services to children, young people, and their families/significant others experiencing complex mental health concerns.
This role will work alongside existing CYMHS services and have been developed as initiatives under the CYMHS reform program (Youth, Youth Forensic, Out of Home Care).
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for providing a person-centred approach and working within a multidisciplinary team environment, providing high-level clinical coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical services to children, young people, and their families/significant others experiencing complex mental health concerns
* Work alongside existing CYMHS services and contribute to initiatives under the CYMHS reform program
* Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and progress
Requirements:
* Degree in Nursing or related field
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a clinical setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
