With over 18 years of experience in the industry, EVBox has installed more than 6,000 DC charging points across Europe. The company prioritizes innovation, with a highly active Research and Development department – 40% of employees work in research and development.
As Regional Director Nordics/Senior Business Development Manager, you will lead the Nordics team within the Commercial Department to deliver financial targets for the region. You will develop and manage key accounts in Denmark and play a pivotal role in our dynamic team, taking ownership of local marketing initiatives and driving Customer Success to ensure unparalleled satisfaction and sustained growth.
Additionally, you will be a member of the EVBox Commercial Leadership team and own sales forecasts for the region. Your responsibilities include motivating, developing, mentoring, and coaching team members of the Nordics team, developing new business with regional accounts, account management for partner accounts, optimizing the sales process, identifying objectives and strategies to improve sales and margins, reporting on sales results timely and weekly, and ensuring seamless coordination between Technology, After-Sales, Programme Management & Finance to ensure the best customer experience.
