We're looking for an experienced Food Technologist to help us deliver exceptional
baked goods. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring quality, innovation, and
compliance across our production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and maintain a robust quality management system
* Oversee raw material quality control and compliance
* Provide expert guidance on processing, packaging, and delivery standards
* Evaluate food products for flavour, texture, and nutritional value
* Advise on storage, processing, and packaging operations
* Identify and resolve production issues through corrective actions
* Develop and manage HACCP plans
Experience & Skills Required:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Food Technologist, ideally in bakehouse or
pâtisserie production
* Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or Food Science
* Proven experience in product development and design
* Strong project management and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
