**Superintendent - Infrastructure**

**About The Role**
**Location**: Site based role
**Roster**: 2:1 FIFO from Perth
**Reporting to**: Area Construction Manager (ACM)
**The Details**
Reporting to the Area Construction Manager - Horizontal Earthworks, you will support the project construction team consisting of the owners' team and civil works contractor delivering the Water Package and various other packages.
**Key responsibilities**
- Daily and weekly reports as directed by ACM
- Provide visible leadership in the field and monitor construction progress, and in particular the critical path so that schedule slippage can be observed, and the effects minimised early enough
- Attendance at all Contractor Pre-starts, Toolboxes and other meetings as might be necessary and directed by the ACM
- Assisting the ACM in review of all Contractor Safe Work Method Statements and Risk assessments.
- Supporting the Quality Assurance program (led by the QA Manager) as required to ensure traceable and accurate information to all Contractor works
- Day to day liaison with the contractor on all works for the Water Package
- Ensuring Contractor work programs are in place and all safe work processes and procedures in accordance with the Contractors HS Management Plan are in place and being used.
- Building a strong relationship with the craft in the flied
- Support the Cultural Heritage and Archaeological field surveys as required
**Applicant requirements**
- Extensive experience in civil engineering works.
- Project delivery experience working on large multi $b infrastructure projects where water was a critical success factor of the overall project.
- Team oriented with the ability to co-design, collaborate and deliver shared value to an internal and external collective.
- Engineering qualifications highly desirable
- Your extensive industry experience of leading and executing similar projects will be invaluable to helping to develop and deliver a highly successful project built on a collaborative and strong relationships with the contractor and all other stakeholders.
- Proven experience in developing all required project documentation.
- Ability to impact and install a genuine We Care culture in the safety space.
- A confident leader that openly gathers and exchanges information and ideas, and develops, coaches and supports their team.
