IT Service Desk Analyst
We're looking for a skilled and passionate IT professional to join our team as an IT Service Desk Analyst. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, resolving technical issues and providing top-notch support.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, networks, and mobile devices.
* Create user-friendly guides to help colleagues improve their skills.
* Welcome new team members with onboarding support and tech setup.
* Keep our IT assets organized and up-to-date.
About You
* 1-2 years of experience in a service desk or similar role.
* A relevant IT qualification or degree (or working towards one).
* Familiarity with Microsoft tools: Active Directory, Windows 10/11, Office365, Teams, Intune, iOS devices.
* Bonus points for experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), SharePoint, or Dynamics.
* A strong communicator who excels at building relationships.
* Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn.
