We are currently looking to engage an experienced Project (or site) Admin to join our team to assist with the requirements for our pre-cast yard, crushing and screening division and to offer wider business support 2 days a week.

This role will be on a Tuesday to Saturday Roster and can either be based in our yard in Karratha LIA (for locals to this option is preferred), or, for the right candidate, we would consider a remote work from home arrangement with a view to transitioning into our Perth office once established.

The role will be offered on a Full-Time Max Term Contract or a Casual option, depending on your preference.

Key functions of the role

* Project and Personnel documentation management
* Meeting scheduling and coordination
* Reporting to creation and distribution
* Mobilisations to vehicles and equipment
* Flights and accommodation booking
* Roster management
* Project purchasing and accounts reconciliations

What will set you up for success

* 2+ Years in a similar role or equivalent local experience.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication across all stakeholder levels.
