As we continue to scale, we're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our performance marketing, campaign strategy, and marketing team — owning growth across all key digital channels.
About the Role
This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth through paid media, email marketing, and campaign execution across our ecommerce ecosystem.
You will own the digital marketing strategy end‑to‑end — from paid ads and EDM strategy to product launches, promotions, and team leadership — while working closely with the Founder and cross‑functional teams.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced ecommerce environment, is both data‑driven and creative, and loves building structure while scaling performance.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
Own and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Manager, including:
Campaign strategy, setup, optimisation, and scaling
Creative testing, audience strategy, and budget allocation
ROAS, CPA, and performance reporting
Manage and optimise TikTok Ads, including testing new creative formats and scaling winning campaigns
Continuously analyse performance data and implement improvements across all paid channels
Ecommerce Marketing & Campaign Execution
Own and execute the ecommerce marketing calendar, aligning promotions, launches, and campaigns across all channels
Lead planning and execution of:
Sales events (BFCM, EOFY, seasonal promotions)
Product launches and collection drops
Site‑wide campaigns and offers
Collaborate with Ecommerce and Product teams to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly on‑site
Own Klaviyo strategy, including:
Campaign planning, segmentation, and execution
Automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post‑purchase, replenishment, VIP, etc.)
Optimise email performance through testing, personalisation, and data insights
Ensure EDMs align with broader campaign strategy and brand voice
Lead and manage the marketing team, including:
Graphic Designer
Provide clear direction, feedback, and performance management
Brief creative effectively for ads, EDMs, social content, and campaigns
Foster a collaborative, high‑performance marketing culture
Track and report on marketing performance across all channels
Provide insights and recommendations to improve conversion, customer acquisition, and retention
Work closely with the Founder to align marketing strategy with business goals
Identify new growth opportunities, platforms, and innovations within ecommerce marketing
What We're Looking For
3–5+ years experience in a Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing role, ideally within ecommerce
Proven experience managing Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads platforms
Strong experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
Experience managing and mentoring a marketing team
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action

Experience in Shopify / DTC brands
Familiarity with CRO, landing page optimisation, and A/B testing
Experience working with influencers or creator‑led marketing strategies
Manage Google Ads across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube
