About the Role

 * Manage technician runs and support both field and office teams, fostering strong working relationships
 * Coordinate vehicle servicing, equipment ordering, and resource allocation
 * Lead toolbox meetings and provide ongoing guidance and support to team members
 * Maintain excellent relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Requirements
 * Proven experience in an operations or coordination role (e.g., Project Coordinator, Repair Coordinator)
 * Industry knowledge in insurance, trades, or restoration is beneficial but not essential
 * Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
 * Excellent communication and leadership abilities
 * A valid driver's licence and flexibility to travel within South Australia
