We're excited to welcome a Property Manager to our expanding team. Based at our Victor Harbor office, this role manages an end-to-end portfolio of approx. 100 properties across SA's South Coast.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Building trusted relationships with landlords and tenants
• Arrears management
• Managing the leasing of re-let properties.
• Conducting property inspections, including ingoing, routine & final inspections, to ensure maintenance and safety standards are met.
• Attending tribunal hearings when required
• Managing repairs and maintenance
• Establishing competitive rental rates by conducting market research on local rates and relevant overhead costs
• Working collaboratively with our wider property management support team to deliver outstanding service

To Be Considered For This Opportunity, You Will Have

• A current property management license (essential)
• A current driver's license and reliable vehicle (essential)
• Demonstrable experience in Property Management, managing a portfolio (essential)
• Exceptional customer service experience
