Position Overview
The Divisional Performance Specialist (DPS) is a permanent, full‐time, field‐based coaching role. The DPS partners closely with the Divisional Sales & Operations Manager (DSOM) and Regional Sales & Operations Managers (RSOMs) to deliver measurable commercial performance uplift in growth clinics.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive short‐term performance uplift in growth clinics by enhancing the capability and execution of clinicians and clinic coordinators.
* Deliver high‐impact, face‐to‐face coaching focused on revenue growth and sales funnel performance.
* Use performance data and operational insights to diagnose root causes and prioritise coaching focus.
* Provide structured follow‐up and accountability to uplift actions.
* Escalate identified gaps in system knowledge, onboarding or formal capability to the Training team for delivery.
* Travel nationally within the assigned division.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Audiology or Audiometry (mandatory).
* Full member of an accredited professional body with a Qualified Practitioner Number.
* Demonstrated experience in clinic‐based operations, clinical leadership, or performance coaching, ideally across multiple sites.
* Demonstrated experience coaching others to achieve or exceed commercial targets within a sales‐or performance‐driven environment.
* Proven success delivering commercial performance uplift through hands‐on coaching, observation, and follow‐up in a clinical or retail health care environment.
* Experience using performance data and operational insights to diagnose root causes and prioritise coaching focus.
* Willingness to travel nationally and work flexibly to support field observation, coaching quality assurance, and leadership development.
