Chandler Macleod is seeking experienced Property Managers to join our client's Service Operations team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an APS employee looking to take on a 12-month S26 transfer in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Location: QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, SA Key Responsibilities As a Property Manager, you will: Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are maintained to required standards.
Conduct inspections, identify tenant liability, and coordinate property preparation for new occupants.
Arrange and oversee maintenance services within allocated budgets, including raising work orders, monitoring progress, and authorising payments.
Accurately maintain property management systems and ensure properties are returned for tenancy within required timeframes.
Provide responsive, high-quality customer service and escalate complex issues when required.
Work collaboratively within a regional team environment to deliver on service outcomes.
What We're Looking For To be successful, you will demonstrate: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to balance business needs, compliance, and best practice.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
High-level organisational skills, with proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Capacity to quickly acquire knowledge of government processes, relevant legislation, and organisational systems.
Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet objectives.
