About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent role based four days a week out of their inner-city office and one day from home.
Key responsibilities:
In this role, you will take ownership of day-to-day financial accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting across the business. You will work closely with the wider finance team to deliver month-end and year-end results, prepare reconciliations, manage journals, and support budgeting and forecasting cycles. As the business continues to expand across e-commerce and wholesale channels, you will play an active role in refining processes, improving system efficiency, and strengthening internal controls. The role will also provide exposure to broader finance functions, including assisting with US tax and consolidation reporting under the guidance of senior leaders. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will ensure financial outcomes align with the company's strategic and operational goals, contributing to a high-performing and collaborative finance environment.
About you
You'll be a capable and hands-on financial accountant with around two to three years' experience, ideally within a retail, e-commerce, or fast-moving consumer environment. You're confident handling core accounting responsibilities and enjoy finding ways to make processes more efficient while contributing to broader finance projects. Experience with NetSuite would be an advantage but not essential. More importantly, you're proactive, curious, and collaborative, with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-growing, ever-evolving business.
