About the Role As a Case Assessment Officer, you will play a key role in delivering remediation activities through detailed file reviews and accurate case assessments. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will assess advice against regulatory frameworks, identify potential client detriment, and support the determination of remediation actions. Key Responsibilities Review and assess client files relating to financial advice Evaluate advice against frameworks, policies, and regulatory guidelines Identify potential client detriment and remediation requirements Draft clear and concise outcome reports and documentation Maintain accurate records within case management systems Liaise with internal teams (QA, operations, calculations) to progress cases Escalate complex matters to senior stakeholders as required About You Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks Experience in remediation, financial advice, or case assessment roles Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to meet deadlines in a target-driven environment What’s on Offer Initial 12-month contract with strong likelihood of extension Opportunity to work on a large-scale remediation program Collaborative and supportive team environment Valuable exposure to regulatory frameworks and governance
