Temporary Talent Acquisition Business Partner until the end of the year. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and support volume business services support departments on a national basis. Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand recruitment needs and provide expert advice. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job brief to offer negotiation and onboarding. Sourcing and Attracting Talent: Utilise a range of channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and internal ATS, to proactively source and engage qualified candidates. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and skilled experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment journey. Market Insights: Provide insights and advice on current market trends and talent availability. About You
Proven experience in a similar Talent Acquisition or volume white-collar recruitment role, ideally within a professional services environment (law firm, consulting, banking, etc.). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. A proactive and positive attitude with a strong sense of urgency.
