About this opportunity
Join the Amplar Health Home Hospital (AHHH) team as full‐time Medical Courier and you will ensure that critical medical items get delivered punctually to all our clients at home. You will also possess effective record‐keeping skills and work comfortably under tight deadlines to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of medical items.
You will start your day at our office and drive the MHH vehicle to and from patients' homes in Adelaide. Rosters cover 7 days between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm. There are four shifts across the day: 7:00 am–3:00 pm, 10:00 am–6:00 pm, 1:00 pm–9:00 pm and 2:00 pm–10:00 pm. Successful applicants will be required to be flexible to work across all shifts.
You will impact by:
* Collecting items from the Virtual Care Centre (VCC) in Eastwood for delivery to patients
* Collecting returned items from patients' homes and dispatching to VCC
* Mapping routes to destinations, considering traffic and mileage
* Maintaining staff and consumer confidentiality at all times
About You
Ideally, you will have previous experience as a courier, preferably within a medical/pharmaceutical environment. From this, you will be reliable and professional with outstanding routing and directional skills, and a passion for delivering items safely whilst providing an excellent service to our patients. IT literacy is essential to undertake this role.
You will require:
* Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Knowledge of the greater Adelaide area & IT literacy skills
* Proof of up-to‐date vaccinations
