Job Description:
This is a hybrid role with flexibility, requiring you to be out of the office for most of the week attending appointments, inspections, and viewings. The remaining time will be spent working from home on administrative tasks.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including Public Trust, Guardians, Clients, Support Coordinators, and Occupational Therapists.
* Work closely with clients to help them reach their goals and make a positive impact on their lives.
* Organise property viewings, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and promote SDA properties at industry events.
* Support clients to live safely and comfortably in their homes, ensuring they feel empowered and respected.
* Prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and thrive in a dynamic, people-focused environment.
A Day in the Life:
* Taking inbound calls from clients and partners.
* Coordinating property viewings and maintaining quality service through routine inspections.
* Liaising with the NDIS and preparing tenancy documents.
* Building meaningful relationships with clients and stakeholders.
