We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance/Administration Assistant to join our Centre Management Office at Stockland Rockhampton Shopping Centre.
This integral role supports both the centre team and our valued retailers by delivering high-level administrative and financial support across a range of tasks.
What you'll do
This is a dynamic and fast-paced position where no two days are the same. You'll engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, allowing you to showcase your exceptional customer service and communication skills while gaining valuable experience in centre administration and operations.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Assist with monthly billing, debtor collection, and accounts payable processes, while monitoring centre expenditure
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the centre management team, including minute taking and internal communications
* Maintain accurate records and file management systems, including classification and archiving
* Support the public liability incident (PLI) process in line with Stockland guidelines
* Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and contractors, and act as the first point of contact for the centre management office
About You
Experience & Skills That Count
* Proven administration experience with a strong customer service focus
* Familiarity with accounts payable processes and financial administration
* Excellent attention to detail, with a proactive and organised approach to work
* Confident using Microsoft Office Suite and quick to learn new systems and software
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, while maintaining confidentiality
