The Operations Manager SCHI, is a senior operational leadership role that supports the strategy and vision of the Executive Director SCHI, while holding operational accountability for the management and oversight of Library Services, the Simulation Centre, PC2 Research Laboratories, Facility Management, and the SCHI Administration support team. Leading a team of specialised staff, the role is accountable for ensuring the SCHI facility is managed in a safe and efficient manner and delivering operational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Provide expert operational program management, advice and support to the Executive Director SCHI, contributing to effective strategic decision-making and SCHI organisational performance.
* With direction from the Executive Director SCHI, deliver quality operational outcomes to advance SCHI's strategic and operational objectives in collaboration with SCHI partners, governance committees and external stakeholders, supporting the ongoing growth, sustainability and performance of SCHI.
* Lead the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the SCHI Operational Plan, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, evidence-based decision-making and behaviours aligned with the SCHI vision.
* Provide expert leadership and management oversight of a multidisciplinary team, including mentoring, coaching, performance development and capability building to ensure effective, efficient and high-quality service delivery.
Remuneration value up to $187 651 p.a., comprising salary between $155 432 - $164 467 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO8).
