The Position As the Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for the overall property management of office buildings, with a key focus on providing an exceptional customer experience to corporate tenants and providing leadership to a small team. You will be supported by a knowledgeable and collaborative team, including Property Management, Leasing, Operations, Marketing, Legal, Finance and Administration support. Key responsibilities include: Provide exceptional customer service and engagement with corporate tenants and stakeholders. Develop, execute and manage the assets annual business plans, financial budgets and property management reports. Accountable for the precinct's arrears, operational, CAPEX and reforecasting. Manage market rent reviews and negotiate renewals. Manage and support the career development of a small team. About you Due to the nature of this role, our client requires you to have the following experience: Manage premium and/or A-grade office buildings. Staff management and leadership. Exceptional customer service, relationship management and an eye for detail. Ability to work in a flat-structured, respectful environment with shared values including integrity, professionalism and accountability.
