About The Opportunity

We're looking for a Project Manager to lead the go to market streams and successful launch and adoption of our new carded play program.

In this role, you will coordinate end-to-end go to market delivery across planning, readiness, change management, communications, and marketing execution, working closely with teams such as Marketing, Change, ICT, Legal and Compliance, Communications, and Gaming, as well as external vendors and agencies. You will shape and deliver a cohesive launch plan, keep the program on time and on budget, and ensure both customers and internal teams are prepared for a seamless rollout.

If you are energised by orchestrating complex initiatives and influencing outcomes across diverse stakeholders, this is a chance to lead a high visibility program with real organisational impact.

About You

You are a seasoned project manager who thrives at the intersection of customer experience, and cross functional delivery. With more than five years of experience leading launch, product, or marketing projects, you know how to bring complex ideas to life in fast paced, highly regulated environments. You are confident engaging stakeholders across marketing, operations, digital, compliance, and customer teams, and you communicate with clarity whether simplifying technical detail or shaping customer ready messaging. You balance structure with adaptability, manage competing priorities with ease, and bring a strong understanding of customer engagement, loyalty programs, and digital channels. Above all, you align people, process, and purpose to deliver measurable impact.
