Security Requirement

Key Responsibilities
- Define and monitor ITSM governance standards and processes.
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to communicate progress and gather feedback.
- Identify and mitigate risks impacting service management outcomes.
- Use project management tools to track deliverables and enhance team productivity.
- Provide expert guidance and solutions that span multiple teams and domains.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience in ITSM governance or program/project management.
- Intermediate proficiency in Program/Project Management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead teams and influence decision‑making across functions.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Exposure to risk management practices.
- Experience working in secure or government environments.
- Familiarity with service management tools and frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
