**Your responsibilities will include**:
Your primary responsibility is for the analysis, presentation and reporting of data trends for Integrated Vehicle Health Monitoring System (IVHMS) data captured from the UH-60M Aircraft fleet.
Further role responsibilities include:
- Proactively contribute towards data process improvements, data governance, data architecture and team process improvements.
- Design, build & maintain enterprise level business insights dashboards and reports.
- Conduct detailed analysis of flight recorder and IVHMS data.
- Conduct regime recognition from IVHMS data.
- Support Army Aviation Military Flight Operations Quality Assurance (MFOQA) program.
Support the UH-60M IVHMS Manager with the following and more:
- Design and develop Support system for the IVHMS data.
- Support operating unit (of the helicopters) downloads of data though SME advice and support.
- Develop, document and maintain software tools to automate processing of IVHMS data.
- Identify and recommend new data and analytics capabilities, tools and services that will enhance our overall data science capabilities.
**About you**:
- To be successful in this role you will have the following:
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline - typically statistics or IT and/or equivalent industry experience.
- Highly developed data literacy skills with demonstrated proficiency in Business Intelligence tools, SQL, data warehousing, dimensional modelling and experience with contemporary analytical tools such as Power BI, DAX, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience analysing data sets from complex equipment health monitoring systems.
- Ideally you will have experience working in a Defence Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG) Systems Program Office (SPO) Design organisation.
**Special Requirements**:
- Applicants are required to be Australian Citizens and hold a current or re-instatable NV1 Defence Security Clearance or be eligible to gain this.
The location of the role will be at Gallipoli Barracks, Enoggera, QLD.
