Job Overview
The role of Purchasing Officer is responsible for overseeing daily purchasing activities for goods and services. This includes managing direct charge, store stock, and repairable purchasing in accordance with the company's commitments policy, group supply policy, and legislative compliance.
* Manage daily purchasing activities to ensure accurate and up-to-date data.
* Create, maintain, and update outline agreements in SAP systems.
* Ensure requisitions are converted to purchase orders in a timely manner.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in SAP systems.
