At the heart of our team is the Resident Director, a vital member who oversees artistic direction and leads rehearsal processes.
This role requires collaboration with our artistic team to nurture and deliver art both in-house and globally.
On tour, they excel as company manager, show director, and often take on additional responsibilities such as sound operator, driver, and logistician.
The ideal candidate will possess resourcefulness, energy, and excellent creative problem-solving skills to champion our art.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage artists and lead rehearsals
* Collaborate with the artistic team to develop and deliver Circa's art
* Act as company manager, show director, and sometimes sound operator, driver, and logistician on tour
