The purpose of this job is...
To ensure safe, high-quality patient care by maintaining infection control, preparing treatment rooms and equipment, and providing essential clinical support to meet growing patient needs.
What you'll need to make it possible:
* Flexible casual availability – typically Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; minimum 6 months' experience in dental assisting; Certificate III or IV highly regarded.
* Clinical and chair-side support – assist dental professionals with suction, instruments, materials, mixing techniques, X-rays, and general dental procedures while maintaining treatment rooms and equipment to infection control and WHS standards.
* Practice operations support – help manage appointments, confirmations, cancellations, and rebooking's, exercising accountability, discretion, and efficiency.
* Professional, reliable team player – punctual, caring, committed, driven, bubbly, and dedicated to delivering excellent patient care.
