About the State Operations Manager Role
* Lead state operational business planning to align with national strategy and objectives.
* Directly manage and oversee the performance of multiple clinics to ensure optimal operations, focusing on patient outcomes and productivity metrics.
* Manage key state personnel, including Patient Services Managers, Directors of Nursing (Day Hospitals / Procedures), and State Nurse Managers, providing guidance and support for effective team collaboration.
* Collaborate with National Managers across various departments (HR Finance Compliance WHS Marketing) to deliver integrated services that meet organizational goals.
